Sushi Bar Tottori is a journey to the most traditional Japanese culinary culture in which to immerse yourself in its purest and most representative flavors. The detail, the perfect mastery of the technique and the deep knowledge of the fish allows Sushi Bar Tottori to tell us a little piece of the history of the restaurant and of all those who confirm it.
We use the robata, the ancient technique that is characterized by using fire on a charcoal grill to cook meat and fish on the spot.
