In Jijona, the birthplace of nougat, the family business Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez has been making delicious nougat, chocolates and gourmet sweets for almost four decades, exporting them to more than 30 countries around the world. The quality of their products, totally handmade and with the Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) Jijona and Alicante nougat seal, has allowed them to be in the shop windows of the most select stores in the food sector, inside and outside Spain.
Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez elaborates each product following the traditional way, with carefully selected ingredients, such as Marcona almonds from the Mediterranean region or wild orange tree and rosemary honey, harvested in the Levantine mountains.
They have a wide range of products to meet the expectations of the most exclusive palates, innovating year after year, without losing its essence and its legacy.
