Maison Li pays tribute to imperial Chinese cuisine and the gastronomic richness of one of the world’s oldest culinary traditions. A unique space where tradition, culture and gastronomy come together to offer an immersive experience. Inspired by the culinary legacy of ancient China, Maison Li invites diners to discover a millennia-old repertoire of recipes characterised by a balance of flavours and absolute respect for the ingredients. Maison Li’s culinary offering is the result of extensive research by siblings Felipe Bao and María Li Bao – executive chef and founder of Grupo China Crown, respectively – into the recipes that for centuries graced the emperors’ tables.
